An email will be sent to you before the Zoom appointment with a link and a password. It is completely free, and will not be necessary with simple, straightforward designs. I understand that in order to book a tattoo appointment, I will be required to leave a retainer. Until my retainer is received, that time slot will still be available to others. All retainers are non-refundable. If I no-call-no-show, I lose my retainer, so if something happens, I will call the shop before my appointment time to reschedule.
